1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting your QuickBooks Online account to Arclite (“the Service”), you (“the User”) agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

Arclite LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, or otherwise commercialize the Service without Arclite LLC’s written consent.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service.

  • Circumvent access controls or security mechanisms.

  • Use the Service to infringe upon the rights of others or violate applicable law.

4. Data Handling

Arclite connects to QuickBooks Online via Intuit’s secure OAuth 2.0 protocol to read and write accounting data.
All authentication tokens are stored in encrypted form in n8n’s credential vault. Data is stored in Supabase with encryption at rest and is deleted upon request or account disconnection.

By using the Service, you authorize Arclite to access and process your QuickBooks data solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon functionality.

5. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in and to the Service remain the property of Arclite LLC.
You retain ownership of your accounting data imported from QuickBooks or entered into the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Arclite LLC does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arclite LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to data loss or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination or disconnection, Arclite will revoke QuickBooks access tokens and delete associated data from its systems.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
